Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For specialized hardware or heavy hobby equipment, delivery may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for tools and hobby kits?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that opened model kits and fuel-based products are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Swasey's Hardware & Hobbies ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping zones in the near future.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
